ONLINE PURCHASING IS EASY
All clients of Legging l'Amour are asked to double and triple check their order before completing the purchase to ensure the required size and desired color and style are correct. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being purchased. After 24 hours the order has been processed and we are unable to cancel. If you do not get an order confirmation email within 24 hours after you place your order, don't panic. Seriously. We'll stick with you every step of the way until we make things right with you. On all orders, please allow 15-35 days for delivery. We know it takes some patience but we can assure you its worth the wait! Many of our products are sourced and shipped directly from overseas warehouses and as a result the delivery times might be a bit longer than you're used to. This is also the reason why we are able to offer such incredible pricing and free shipping on every order. In the event of damage that occurs during shipping or a defective or incorrect product arrives at your door, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your leggings and we will be happy to work with you to correct the issue promptly.
In all cases, the resolution of any dispute shall be at the discretion of Legging l'Amour, but please note that we are fair and reasonable people and our goal is to make you a return client. Let’s treat each other with respect and I'm quite certain we can find a mutually agreeable solution to any issue.

We want our customers to love every purchase they make from Legging l’Amour. If you are not 100% happy when you receive your order simply return it in the condition you received it and we will offer you an exchange or refund no questions asked! See below for further details.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
1. Products must be returned within 30 days of you receiving them for both domestic and international orders*. We also receive the tracking number for your package when it ships and keep an eye on it's progress to your door.
2. Original tags must remain attached.
3. Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, unsoiled and in original packaging
* No items which have make-up marks will be accepted for exchange or return (this includes any tanning marks)
HOW TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Please note Legging l’Amour does not offer free shipping on returns or exchanges. If you wish to return an item for a refund, your responsibility is to pay for shipping the item back to us. When shipping items from outside of Canada, any packages sent back to us must have a valid international tracking number. Refunds are given on full priced garments only and we will refund the full amount of your original invoice. Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card or PayPal account that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received and checked by Legging l’Amour however, please email us on the day you ship your item and provide us the tracking number. If both of us are keeping an eye on things there should be no shipping complications.
Please remember to indicate on all packages that the items are intended “for return”. Without such notice, the package is at risk of attracting additional customs duties and taxes. Any additional customs duties or taxes applied will be subtracted from your refund.

Please note - Legging l’Amour cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit. make sure there is a tracking number associated with your package.
Please note - if you wish to make an exchange we are happy to do so as long as the stock is available. If the stock is not available, another style can be substituted or refund will be offered as an alternative.
